In workshops you can work on your personal development and issues in an alive and vibrant environment together with other participants. The atmosphere of curiosity and confidentiality allows for a great variety of learning not only through the presented material but by exploring it together and being impacted by the diversity as well as the uniqueness of each and every participant. This includes working in formats like small groups, big groups and can include single sessions with the teacher to deepen the learning process.
It can be of great support to have a sequence of several workshops to stay focussed on the process of development and having an ongoing support for an extended period of time (e.g., one year).
